I have High Performance Browser Networking on my upcoming list.
For databases it's hard to beat Database Internals by Petrov.
For distributed data systems I can't recommend DDIA by Kleppman enough.

Operating Systems: Principles and Practice by Tom Anderson and Michael Dahlin is my favorite, but Operating Systems: Three Easy Pieces by Remzi & Andrea Arpaci-Dusseau is also very good and is freely available online.
