I saw it over 10 years ago near LA. I should go see it again. That was some funny stuff. I'm from the west and grew up around Mormons. Most of them probably wouldn't be amused, lol
Members of the Spaulding family maintain, to this day, (I know them personally) that those fictional Bible stories that Brigham Young listened to at their ancestor’s inn were the basis of the Book of Mormon. I like these little quirky stories from history. -2-
There is an inn keeper last name, Spaulding, whose inn Brigham Young used to stay at as he travelled through KS. This innkeeper, not having electricity and TVs would entertain his guests with fictional stories loosely based on the Bible. -1-
