When the call goes through, you're directed to press 1 to share an opinion or 0 to speak directly to a member of his staff. I pressed 0 and after multiple attempts finally got through to a voicemail box

Just spoke to a staff member, he said that he would pass along my message as well as my concerns that voting to allow it would legitimize Trump/musks usurpation of congressional authority to appropriate funds
