His deco is based on the Japanese character Stepper, originally released in 1987. This drawing is from January 23, 2019, depicting Stepper - who was a repaint of Jazz - and his Targetmaster sidekick, Nebulon. This design was in turn imported to the US in 2004 and renamed Ricochet.
