Hello to all new followers I've gained a bunch in the 7 days I was off line. Been hospitalized for the last 4 'cause I had no idea my BP med HCTZ would remove all my sodium to a critical level. Anyway back to normal and off that med feeling much better. Will eventually get all followed back.
