And it's clear with how they ended it that they plan to continue in some form of media. I know there is a plan for a possible 8/9/10th season, it's just not greenest. Not to mention the Orphan Queen movie they'd talked about awhile ago.

I wish they hadn't done that. I hate when shows do that and then DON'T get picked up, so you just leave dangling threads. You think it's the end, WRAP IT UP. You can introduce new threads IF you get picked up.
"Arthdal Chronicles" did that in its final season when there was basically no chance!
I'm hoping netflix greenlights it, but I'm wondering of wonderstorm has a fallback plan in place in case Netflix doesn't bite? But I don't know how realistic that is either. (I do get the feeling the intentional use of the numbers 7 and 19 might be a clue to something though.
It was mentioned in an episode, *spoilers* when Aaravos' stars would align again. I feel like it could be an in the show hint at a real world show announcement.
So i feel like maybe 19 days is important, or maybe something July 19th? (Again like when they could announce new seasons or a 'new series' to continue the story with. Or with any luck, the release date of such)
They have hopes, but nothing is confirmed. It's just rude to do the fans to not wrap things up. You can introduce the new threads in a new season. Easy to TELL Netflix you have story for three more seasons without hurting the fans.
