Thanks Harold. I truly had an out of body experience when my bandmates told me they didn't wanna perform a song I wrote about a crush I had on a girl 🌈🙄

And then telling me my son is a girl and asking why he can't just BE happy being a girl?! 🤮🤬🤡

I am glad you survived.
One thing I learned is that pain leaves scars for the rest of your life. All I can say is be kind, esp to yourself.

This reminds me so much of my 90's college days. We had a 'coffee house' operating out of church's auditorium. People would bring in coffee, desserts and just jam for hours in a safe safe (politically). You would have fit right in. Lovely.
