My daughter is doing a study out of UPENN on guaranteed income for ppl coming out of the foster care system.
Most of them say they will use money for rent, car, food etc.
BUT they believe others would waste it on drugs/bad lifestyle.

I agree. I am watching both the people who already cut Social Security and Medicare, and those who threaten to do so again.

Clinton, Obama, Biden and Harris together reduced Social Security benefits twice and cut the Medicare budget twice.
