Today they have made it mandatory that you can only reach the website with https://login.gov or https://id.me account. These take a bit of work to attain, at least when I first had to.
I checked my account on 3-30-showed that I was due to receive benefits on 4-1 Logged on today, 3-31-shows-I DO NOT RECEIVE BENEFITS.My benefit verification letter has been altered I am calling first thing in the morning.I printed everything from my account in February.I am beyond angry & speechless.
I truly do not know. I dont want to jump to conclusions. Im still in the shocked stage, I haven't gotten to the rage yet because I dont know why my benefits got revoked. I said in a previous comment that "they're removing people" i truly dont know if thats whats happening.
I've been checking every day since mid Feb as I do not trust anything that is going on w this admin. Today sent me over the edge! Checked at 5:41 EST & it took me forever to even get to be able to get to an agent with a minimal 120 minute wait time. By then, They would be closed for the day.

My benefit verification letter only contained my birth date. The benefits summary area on the webpage said "You do not receive benefits". I've been receiving benefits since Sept 2018. There are several other people who responded that it happened to them or their children. I am so frustrated.
