At 3.5% unemployment, factories will have zero-luck filling their crew rosters, especially jobs on swing/graveyard shifts. A corporation must be able to amortize their investment by fully utilizing the factory, 24/5 if not 24/7. Otherwise, the investment is not economically feasible.
