Mmmm makes sense. Usually here it's a military difference, idk 24 hour time always reads as a military thing for me, and 12 hour is casual. Some people prefer it.
Haha you feel like militaly?π Well in here, 24h is the standard at work, on train time, TV, phones, and everywhere else, and we're used to seeing it. Of course, there are times when it's said in 12h, but most people can use either.
