I wish I had the confidence to sell my commissions at my normal prices. Idk I just feel like it’s way too much and my arts not worth $100+. 😭 What do y’all think? I’d love to hear some opinions.

It depends really on what you think your art is worth. Honestly though I'd at least price it by the amount of time, wage, & experience. Say maybe $15/hour minimum & go from there. If people really like your art, they'll buy it! But art being $100+ is not realistic. Tbh that's a fair margin to go by.
I meant $100+ is reasonable...brain goes brr sometimes. I've honestly paid well over $300 for art before. Just depends on the artist and their art quality imo.
Thank y’all so much for the advice. 🩷 I appreciate all of it. I’m going to adjust my prices. Then will make a proper commission sheet. Hoping to open them up on November 1st. ;w;
I get that, i'm working myself far below minimum wage for everything I draw for people but like people barely buy as it is so I don't have much of a choice 😭😭
I guess it depends on a combination of your own feelings and demand versus supply. If you are getting more work than you can handle, increase the price until it's at a comfortable level.

from a quick look on your profile, your artwork is beautifully intricate and detailed! its absolutely worth $100+. the people who appreciate your work and your time will pay for it. its important to value your art accordingly and consider how much time it takes you to complete, etc 💚
Always sell your art at what it’s worth. $100+ is perfectly reasonable for your detailed, beautiful art. Low prices attract low quality customers who want cheap art and don’t value artists. Cheap =/= more customers too. People who love your work will save if necessary and want to pay full for it!
Adjust your prices! For the amount of detail you put into these FULL FINISHED pieces, you're charging the same amount as another artist would charge for a fuckin sketch.
If not for your ability then do it for your friend
Generally the thing I tell people is to look at the amount of time you spend on your art. Your time is valuable, that includes your art as well! Ultimately at the end of the day it's your call if you charge high or not! Personally, I'd say $50 at the very least is a good start.

I wouldn't know how to price my own artwork even if I was considering doing commissions at this time.
If it doesn't work out you can always lower them!
