Even before the season started my biggest concern for Canada at this tournament was goaltending. There was no guarantee any of the guys at the top would be better. I honestly thought Hill was probably going to be the best Canadian goalie to pick.

Of course, even when this roster was picked we knew the goalies that were reasonably going to be where they were so this selection is basically an own goal (or Vesa Toskala goal from 197 feet out) from this selection staff.
