I don’t know that “you’ll be next” definitely meets the true threat standard. She didn’t make any specific threat. She said the person in the phone would be next. She didn’t say that SHE was going to take any particular action. It’s crude, but still likely protected speech.

Collectively we need to stop using insurance. Everyone should cancel & change how it's done. They may have billions but not without our payments. I understand that's not an option for many but somehow we must end the hold they have on us, our doctors, nurses & hospitals. We need to take them back.
