Settling into a weird schedule. Down clear as day at 9p. Beautiful dreams. Woke up ready for the next day. It was 11:46p. I got 7+ hrs before the sun is up. What am I going to do?!?

do some art! read a book, maybe watch an episode or 2 of a show. you gotta wind down your body again. you probably got like a good few cycles of REM and so ur body jolted itself awake. 🤷♀️ I recommend trying to fall back asleep tho bc staying up is a very bad idea [I have done it 😅]
Exactly, I stayed up last night, totally riding the wave. I think another problem is that the sy are getti shorter, and my sleep schedule is tied to a circadian rhythm. I decided to redo my face routine and groom my hair. Some episodes will at least get me back hugging the bed. Thanks!
