I drove to 5 different bookstores to look for this book. Fonda Lee is one of the biggest names on fantasy and her new book wasn’t on a single shelf even though it was released days ago. That’s what I’m talking about. I have no idea what’s going on, but it is insane that one of the most beloved fantasy authors of the last 10 years is basically getting no press and no inclusion in stores

Oh for sure. Also, it’s such a good book. Even if you’re not a young adult person, it’s fucking Fonda Lee and she’s amazing.

FYI not buying it on Amazon, but look who has it. Even Barnes and noble had ZERO COPIES. Of a Fonda Lee book
