I work / have worked on ts-loader, Definitely Typed, Docusaurus, azdo-npm-auth and a whole bunch of stuff in the TypeScript ecosystem. And because I'm forgetful, I tend to blog what I'm working on, and my blog is OSS too! https://johnnyreilly.com/
Even if you're following the OSI's definition to the letter, there's still over half a dozen open source libraries that are part of the directus ecosystem
If you're not open source then please do not confuse the issue with licenses that are not.
Also dual licensing is not "trickery" -- it's well established model for open source. From your description it sounds like you're confusing it with an "open core" model which is different.
I respect your opinion, but I don't share it. To me a dual core model is akin to a freemium model, which isn't any more open source than an eventual open source license. I do indeed believe we've found a way to keep the ideology and spirit of open source alive while ensuring that big organizations..

https://github.com/mshafir/reactlit I maintain reactlit which lets you define react UIs as scripts where input components return their values. Perfect for fast prototyping and data analysis. Inspired by Streamlit and observable framework
Iβm still reviewing PRs today because weβre having some major releases in the new year π Iβm the maintainer of several DBOS repos β a lightweight durable execution library in Python/TypeScript. Would love to get feedback!
