While the Neutral grey one goes with the specific hue of the jacket you used, you can also tie the jacket into the RED one's color scheme better by making the purples just slightly warmer, slightly redder, I feel :3c

The red gives a warm contrast to the cooler jacket while the grey gives a cooler feel with the yellows that stick out a bit more in a warmer light. Ultimately up to you as either design would work. Just depends on what you’re going for ^^
