They’re only a “lesser team” in as much as they’re not big 6/8. Quality-wise they should be challenging for top 10 this season and have already caused a few upsets. I’d be happy with a draw
I honestly, think Bournemouth are the best team we play in this next 6 week stretch, they have a good squad, they are organized they feed off aggressiveness by their opps. I think we should have a conservative press and play in a mid/low block for the 1st 30 min and make them try to play w poss.
When they get the ball the and have to play a controlled game rather than catch you out, they struggle to put it together from what I seen. Give them the ball see if they can play through 10 outfielders for the first half hour
If we draw to west ham I’m taking a toaster bath. They suck and look exactly like a team that I thought they would. Like a club that thought it could flip a switch and play attacking football after years of strict low block counter attacking
Bournemouth are a bit like us, recently they have beaten Man City and Arsenal, drawn with Villa, and lost to Brentford and Leicester, both away though. Tough game, 2-2 I reckon, and would be happy with that.
Anyone saying we should win against Bournemouth need to understand they are a very competitive team this season and have performed very well not an easy match in the slightest.
Bournemouth have victories over City and Arsenal this season. Definitely not taking them for granted. Add the fact that we had so many players away on international break and I’d be more than content with a draw on Saturday.

I’d take a draw but I really would like to stop drawing vs mid tables sides.
Brentford beat them, think west ham. We have a lot more attacking threat than them.
I wouldn’t be annoyed with a draw, I would love a win
Preparing for disappointment against Saints and Palace, but Fulham, Bournemouth, West Ham are all tough games.
To get it for ourselves, we need 5 - 7 points from those 3 games.
I think it is a draw at best, though.
Tough place to go these days.
