When the ability to profit meets law, protection or integrity....
And they don't copy and then "mash it up". They train the model. The dataset that results does not contain a copy of your work.
We were not allowed to "just use someone else's work" before AI came along.
I think that " ©️ " should be accepted as Opting Out, by default. Because that's kind of what it already is.
The total gaslighting that they cared about any of it at all....
Or are you upset that copyright law doesn’t prohibit it? If so, why are you upset at proposals that give *you* rights?
