I love Dogs. It's the Who song a lot of people don't know because for some reason it didn't make the usual hits comps. But I love it. Even if it sounds like a classic Kinks song!

The melody is great, the spoken word segments are genuinely funny, and it's easily the most human and touching love song Pete Townshend ever wrote. I was crushed to learn the band and their friends and family all disliked it.
