No "opposing genocide" was not the point. Preventing it from getting to the point where it can unequivocally be called a genocide, was. Israel was always going to have a military response to oct 7, but starving the pop wasn't modus operandi during Biden's watch

Trying to keep it ambiguously genocidal sounds like trying to support genocide while maintaining good pr to me.

Israel was targeting aid workers and refugees under Biden and he kept the bombs flowing.

It was obvious that Bibi was using the war to get elected Trump as one of his secondary aims. The cease of fire was done only after the US elections without any change of the position of Palestinians, making clear that the obstacle weren’t them, but politics in Israel and USA.
