That 'plan' turned out to not be a plan. Even the UNICEF guy who made it later admitted that it was just a 'give us some more money and we can feed some people for a bit of time' plan. So far from an end world hunger plan.
UNICEF never said it was a solution and your quotes are misinformed. The plan was very clearly titled a path to FIGHTING world hunger. Feeding 42 million starving people a meal a day for a year isn’t just ‘giving UNICEF money’
I don’t think he feels shame. You don’t go welding a chainsaw around like a deranged maniac after tens of thousands of people are fired and have any sort of empathy, morals or shame.
