Posting the worries on @pubpeer.com won't trigger any lawsuits for you though. Pubpeer might become the victim of defamation lawsuits & whatnot, again. You can shoot down anybody or their cover with enough frivolous lawsuits.

PubPeer heavily moderates posts precisely because of lawsuits. I think people need to realise that it's very easy to cause damages or defamation by accident.

I know About issues whistle-blowers face. I personally knew one who recently killed himself. The law, our mechanism to finally discern truth & act upon it, is so costly that the accidental damages you talk about come mainly from the systems costlyness. Self censoring is a result. Want examples?
It should be okay to ask questions and utter worries or spread gossip with the sidenite that one does not have proof yet. If that is cause for issues to people it's not their fault.
Data Colada, Elisabeth Bik, Nancy Olivieri, Charles Bennet, Chelsea Polis are the ones from the top of my head that I know of who got sued despite all caution & being on the side of truth. Not any of them having any easier time due to their moderation efforts.
The answer to people facing frivolous lawsuits is not to open them up to more lawsuits, especially potentially viable ones.
As the original post was asking about how to further increase capacity of a specific expert, it would be unwise to affiliate with a large scale anonymous free for all.
Not sure what you refer to but lawsuits should be reduced to a minimum or zero due to their wasteful cost. She shouldn't make a website in her name, unredacted with all mails. Pubpeer can host it. People should put it there.
Anonymous whistleblowing exists bc of the broken system around how information is treated as fact or fiction & how the institutions over & underreact because they don't have a mechanism in place to discern the truth without it costing peoples livelihoods. The law is too costly to make things right.
I am well aware of whistleblowing. As you are always bound by the law, I would also advise you to look up the specific legal definition(s) of whistleblowing.
The vast majority of PubPeer comments or even specific controversies are not covered by whistleblowing policy or law.
You are joking right? Or a bot? "Dear individual, you should look up the vast sea of global regulatory differences on the definition of whistleblowing, to understand PubPeer."
Does anyone care about whistleblowing law? It's anonymous, from people who sometimes flea countries. Because of the law.

Setting up these platforms is not easy because there are people who take it one step too far. No one is arguing you can't ask questions.
I recommend you look further into the work of some sleuths and the challenges they have faced.
