We need to define a new pathology: Toxic Food Syndrome. TFS is universal in the US - most of which is down to excess sugar and salt!

Why is the American diet so deadly? Because it's 60-65% ultra processed frankenfoods. It's not even real food we're eating. And what's not processed is meat/dairy. We need to eat mostly whole grains, whole fruits, whole vegetables, whole legumes for good health.
Honey I read the article and the conclusion is much less damning to processed foods than this article suggests. Basically stay far away from processed meats and very fatty, salty food - anything that is basically not food. Yogurt turned out to be good for you. People should read this for themselves.
