Keep the book out of it. People need to learn his to cook, and eat less. Common sense is not so common, especially if you refer to the Bible. Which part of it? The one of the vengeful God, or the New Testament of Jesus? And what about the Coran, it is the same God! What about other religions?
As a doctor, you wouldn’t say consuming ultra processed food would lead to an earlier health complications that could lead to death. Meaning the possibility.I mean I agreed that ultra processed won’t kill you immediately but I believe over amount of time if you’re mainly only eating processed foods
