Because they're fascist thugs and they know they're wrong. They don't want their faces on the news.

Because they are cowards and criminals.

To hide their crimes. Non criminal police don’t wear mask

My thought exactly. Likely the same people who would refuse to wear masks to prevent the spread of COVID. We are in a very dangerous place.
