It's up to the feed generator to decide which posts show up in their feeds. Feeds can implement virtually any algorithm they want (that's kinda the point).
So there's no way to "submit" a post most feeds.
But if, for example, you post a cat pic it might show up in the Cat Pics feed.
It would be nice to be able to submit a post to a feed though
Imagine curated list of posts for a topic: “dev posts that are good resources”, “posts showing why this account got this mod label”, “my all time bangers”, etc
It could still be a feed, but with a song playlist like add/remove interface

So the feed generator is set up by whoever creates the feed? How is the algorithm moderated?
All moderation is currently handled by the Bluesky team, using manual and automated systems.
