Looking for some clever ideas on how to easily sand a bunch of these half-spheres on a surface. They're about 20mm (or 0.75") in diameter. Most sandpaper is too rigid to do a good job. Bonus points if power tool is possible

I got this one. If time isn’t an issue, leverage quantum mechanics and wait 10^34 times the age of the observable universe for the atoms in the hemispherical areas to spontaneously quantum tunnel away from the surface.
