I have bought from them and found I got double charged VAT (once in Germany, once on import) and they completely ghosted me when I tried to get it sorted.
Check with them before parting with your cash, but the build quality is excellent.

Looking back at what I paid the courier, it was VAT on everything including the German VAT.
