Today, a bipartisan bill to protect lives, save tax dollars and avoid devastation similar to what occurred at Unicoi Co hospital was killed in a House subcommittee. The state of TN and FEMA are spending almost $10 million to help rebuild that hospital, which was built in a flood plain.
