Here’s the problem:
Court says it’s unconstitutional.
Trump says do it any way and appeal to the SCOTUS.
If SCOTUS says it’s unconstitutional… Trump tells his minions to do it anyway.
Courts won’t punish someone for following a president’s order. And court said nothing he orders is illegal.
