911 Callers are reporting that a Group of at least Five Men in Ski Masks are starting Fires in the Studio City Neighborhood of Los Angeles.

We all have good reason to understand that the rate of fire spread is owing to what used to be exceptional but are now regular dry conditions.
So whether the source is arson, lightning, spark etc. the consequences are now much worse.
