I worked out yesterday w/ two 8kilo dumbbells (goblet squats, bench press, et al). I sweat like a racehorse. I sleep like a baby. a full 8.5 hours.

Not all, but many...TOO many. There is zero point trying to explain anything to them. They HATE reality and will deny it if it gives them negative emotions....UNTIL IT KILLS THEM.
