Well, people still doesnt understand that ai is an INSTRUMENT and not a panacea to any problem and issue they have. Same to art. There is even an anime created with use of ai and in the studio they have artists who fixes issues of using it.

The sad thing is I don't think AI "artists" care about the art theft or the environmental/labour issues involved. They've shown time and again they don't.

Hence I'm a big fan of telling them their creations fucking suck and to pick up a pencil.

AI as a substitute for jobs in general is so dumb- shit always breaks anyway and always needs proofreading/editing to make it somewhat decent. the amount of time spent fixing shit costs money- more money than what coulda been used to just hire a specialist/artist.
