Tbh as much as I love the IP the first one isn't great, there's such a massive tonal shift in 2&3 too that it makes the first game feel even more dated

I'll never forgive Sony for how they botched the Vita. They had a Switch before the Switch (a handheld that played console games and was a haven for indies) and then they ruined it out of greed and shortsightedness. So many first-party games that died on the PS4 would've thrived on a handheld.
