I'm an old white guy and I find most diverse folks way more interesting and enjoyable to converse with.
Baseball, football, basketball teams are very diverse and everyone (even Magats) enjoy the diversity. Our nation is built on diversity.

Diversity is indeed a strength, and homogeneity is a weakness.

White supremacy creates an artificial distinction between races and classes that have no basis in reality. Hence, it is a delusion and something to be avoided at all costs.

Hegseth and The Dotard are FOOLS. They're making us weaker.

Yes! Language skills and so much more. The person who is physically strong may not be the best in technical skills or logistics, both of which are vital in the military and plenty of other endeavors. Diversity of backgrounds and strengths is a huge force multiplier.
