Feels impossible sometimes, but watching us work hard to achieve our dreams probably teaches an important lesson or two.
But we got this.

In all seriousness, the answer is to do something that fills you back up. Rest. Communicate with your spouse that you need it.
Unless a publisher has a deadline for you or something, give yourself lots of grace. The book isn't going anywhere.
