You could probably include digitalart and maybe the name of your software :)
Otherwise looks like your tags are good!
I personally advise turning on "don't let me post images without alt text" setting, but ymmv, idk how many actually use the alt text I write.

I've considered it, but my brain already struggles enough to come up with words for a caption that I'm sure forcing alt text is gonna end up with me putting it off and never ending up posting it in the first place lol

Honestly I get it and can relate. Takes me ages to get a post up after finishing because of the extra mental energy.
