The FBI's investigation was instrumental in helping Rev. Sharon Risher and her community heal and get accountability in the wake of the mass shooting at Mother Emanuel AME Church in Charleston, SC that took the lives of nine Black congregants, including Rev. Risher’s beloved mother and two cousins.
