There’s a drop box right near my house, but something like ~50% of the packages I would drop would never get scanned in.
I always assumed they were just getting lost, never occurred to me that someone would be stealing them!
The guy in my local post office is great, friendly, helpful & was extremely apologetic about my missing packages. Going to talk to him about the sign & claims today.
Long story short, I get most bills and such e-delivered now.
