There is only real interest in issuing cards for head injuries - there were a couple of head contacts last weekend which led to cards and no players were taken off for precautionary HIAs. Any contact with the head, regardless of symptoms, should lead to an automatic HIA.

Maybe, not sure. But what they should be doing is making sure that players that have a proven concussion have a longer stand down period. Even more so for recent double concussions.

It's an 8 day stand down for 2nd concussion

It's a 3 month layoff if you have a 3rd concussion....

Surely on your 2nd they should make it a 3 week stand down or some intermediary level...
