Today in the Skrmetti case in defense of trans rights, Kavanaugh legitimately tried to argue “but what about girls sports?” Not only is it transphobic and not a legitimate issue, it is saying that the prospect of cis girls winning at sports is more important than health of, and saving, trans kids.
