Thanks to Austin's Affordability Unlocked program, this can come in handy on any residential or commercial lot in the city! Single-family lots are allowed to build up to 8 units, 52 feet tall if they meet certain affordability requirements

There are many other use cases, but that's a big one!

- explore allowing single-stair up to 75 ft.
- explore increasing the allowed per-floor area
