Always imagine implementing a sleep hygiene regimen & then I just, don’t. Maybe it’s like a gambling addiction; let’s see if I can sleep well despite all my poor habits I don’t want to correct! Yea, almost winning! 🥴
Same, I struggle with sleep even in the best of circumstances but likely through sheer exhaustion I slept almost 10 hours last night and I feel like someone replaced my dying battery. I literally told myself "good job self!" when I got out of bed.
I don't think my watch knows what it is talking about with my sleep. It gets the amount right-ish, but the nights I feel like I slept great, it said were fair to poor, and the night it says I slept great, I feel like I slept like crap.
Usually, when this happens to me, I suddenly notice how bad a housekeeper I am and waste a “good thinking” day picking up the slack on trivial stuff I didn’t do when I was brain fogged
I similarly slept longer last night than usual. I got 1.25 hours of deep sleep! But I think it’s because I gave up caffeine last week. Also, I have been sick with a non-Covid non-flu respiratory bug that is now clearing.
