We called them "Motor Mics" as they were use for micrometers. Super fractional voltage moved them up to 18v for full speed (fast).
Very precise.
Don’t even need a counterweight now!
Our motor mics just moved the optics. We had to move fast and precise for cutting. These particular motors had zeri travel with no voltage. They were instant on/off. Really fun to watch when programmed.
