There’s a cool independent website that let you fill out a questionnaire to determine whether you should have a VPN.
Personally I think everyone should get a VPN but that’s just me.

—- read reviews of VPN services on trust worthy sites like Consumer Reports, Wired or PC Mag. Don’t trust all the marketing hoo ha.
