Small error in the online method: doesnβt say to add spice to onion when softening it, only says βspiced onionsβ later. Engineer chef (aka husband) disconcerted by this.
I think we got confused by the term βspiced onionβ in step 4.
I donβt know how we missed the βadd the spicesβ in step 3.
