Inelegant but grateful repost!

I love the Nigella Christmas cookbook so much. I just sit and read it cover to cover to feel festive. 😅 Everyone should treat themselves to a copy at Xmas time. ☺️🎄

There are several recipes in mine (all involving chocolate) that have reached the point of being unreadable they are so besmeared with cake batter!

Thankfully, I have made said recipes so many times, I only need the quantities as I can remember the method

It's true. When I read, or watch either of you it always makes me smile and feel happy inside. I've suffered with clinical depression over 40 years so it's quite a Biggie for me.xx
