Since 1880 oceans have risen 8 inches. NOAA estimates sea level will continue to rise 80 inches by 2100, and 155 inches by 2150. Alpine glacier meltwater, melted land-bound ice sheets (Greenland & Antarctica), and thermal seawater expansion. Seems smart to NOT to purchase a low-elevation home.
